Judge Rules Part of 4473 Form is Unconstitutional

On Sept 19, 2022 this judge ruled a part of the 4473 form has no historical precedent and is Unconstitutional!
I agree with this guy's analysis that this is just a small part of this form, but it is similar to a crack in a foundation and hopefully much more will be ruled as Unconstitutional as well!
